Your satisfaction is our priority and we know that it is possible to change your mind!

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Othersea products. This is why it is possible to exchange for a different size or get a store credit on all products (even on sale).
*Please note, however, that we do not issue refunds.*

Before proceeding with the exchange or return, make sure:
- to return the product to us within 90 days after purchasing it;
- that the returned product still has its tags attached and that the product has not been worn, washed or damaged.

Here's how to make a "Canadian" return:

By mail :

1. Enter your name, your order number, then indicate whether you would like a size exchange (specify the new size desired) or a credit note. All on a piece of paper that you can slip into your package.

2. Return the item, making sure that it meets the conditions listed above.

3.  Ship the package to the following address:

     Othersea Bikini store: 525 rue Narcisse-Belleau, G1K 5X7, Qc.

4. Practical advice: choose a delivery option offering a tracking number. Othersea is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit.

5. As soon as we receive the package at our office, we will proceed with the exchange or send you your credit note in the form of a gift card by email.

6. Please note that the delivery costs when returning merchandise to Othersea Bikini will be at your expense*. On the other hand, there will be no additional costs for sending the new sizes during the exchange! If you request a credit note, the delivery costs paid during the purchase will be added to this amount (so you will not pay twice for shipping from our Workplace to your home).

If it is a defective product, please notify us of the defect by email at the address info@therseabikini.com or directly in the " Contact Us ». We will refund the full shipping charge upon receipt of the package and send you a new product immediately.


In person :

You can come to the Othersea Bikini-Café Boutique to exchange or return merchandise during our opening hours. We will be there to advise you.

Here's how to make an "international" return:

For international returns we proceed only by store credit. Please declare the products as a return of Canadian goods to avoid customs charges. If this mention is forgotten, the customs fees will be deducted from the credit note. N.B. Packages with excessive customs fees will be refused.

Defect or error in the order

Each order is carefully inspected before dispatch. We are more than sorry if the items are not in perfect condition when you receive them. If it is a defective product or an error in the order, please notify us by email at info@therseabikini.com and include photos. We will refund all shipping charges upon receipt of the package and send you a new product immediately.

 

Out of stock and pending order

Although the inventory on our website is constantly updated, it is possible that a purchased product is out of stock. In this case, we will contact you by email to notify you and see if your order is pending or cancelled. If it is cancelled, we will refund you directly to your credit card.
