You don't need to change the way you cook, just the equipment you use! Replace your parchment sheet for this reusable baking mat made of fiberglass and silicone. It is easy to clean and passes at very high temperatures (max 480˚f). In addition, no lubrication or spraying is required. Available in two sizes, small: 20 x 20 cm, large: 28 x 42 cm
